MANCHESTER UNITED are reportedly looking at options to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic — because the striker may leave before the end of the season.

The Swede’s deal runs out in the summer but has found himself playing second fiddle to £75million Romelu Lukaku this season.

And Yahoo Sport are reporting that Ibrahimovic could be on his way out of Old Trafford if he decides to move to the MLS or Chinese Super League.

The leagues run from March through to the end of the year and clubs from both leagues want Ibrahimovic for his appeal on and off the pitch.

United reportedly believe the former Barcelona star will not renew his contract for a third season and so are looking at replacements.

The arrival of Lukaku from Everton in the summer has seen Ibrahimovic struggle to start many of United’s games.

And he will know he can still play in a foreign league rather than being a squad player and make more money in wages and add-ons.

The report continues that potential replacements for Ibrahimovic, who is currently out injured, include Italy international Andrea Belotti.

He is understood to be at the top of United’s list despite his goalscoring form dropping off this season.

But another option would be to play Marcus Rashford or Anthony Martial as striker’s with Lukaku up top.
